All home delivery customers who have been assigned a tracking number will be prompted by an email each time the status of their shipment changes. When a customer receives a status indicating "order has arrived at delivery agent" the agent responsible for delivering the new product to the customers home will call within 72 hours excluding weekends to arrange a date and time for final delivery.
If a customer does not receive a phone call once receiving a status change indicating "order has arrived at delivery agent" within 72 hours of receiving the email notice excluding weekends or there are questions after a delivery regarding service please call the nearest delivery agent below or email: homedelivery@aleromoving.com.
